Due to long-term negligence of health coupled with unhealthy eating habits and sedentary lifestyles, a lot of lifestyle-induced hazards and diseases have become a part and parcel of the majority of the population. The most common ones. 

Unhealthy food
Junk food is an informal term applied to some foods that are perceived to have little or no nutrition value. (containing "empty calories"). or to products with nutritional value but which also have ingredients considered unhealthy when regularly consumed, or to those considered unhealthy to consume at all.
PCOD/PCOS
Almost 10% of women in the world are suffering from PCOD. In comparison to PCOD, women with PCOS produce a higher-than-normal amount of male hormones. This hormone imbalance causes them to skip menstrual periods and makes it harder for them to get pregnant.
Hypothyroid
It is also known as underactive thyroid ,where thyroid gland fails to produce and secrate enough thyroid hormone into the blood stream that may have effects on cardiovascular ,neurologica,gastrointestinal and metabolic function
Diabetes
A disorder of metabolism where the pancreas produces little or no insulin or the cells do not respond to the insulin produced. Glucose, or sugar, builds up in the blood, overflows, and is lost into urine. Meanwhile, the cells are denied their source of energy.

Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance made in the liver and other cells and found in certain foods, such as food from animals, like dairy products, eggs,eggs and meat.

High blood pressure is generally defined as a persistent elevation of systolic blood pressure above 140mm of Hg and diastolic pressure above 90mm Hg.
